Melt Deicing Liquid for Municipal and Commercial Use

Melt liquid is formulated to be a safe, effective ice melt solution for use on roadways, parking lots and walkways. Melt Liquid is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and biodegradable. Melt liquid is made from the by-products of the forestry industry added to a base of calcium. Melt has properties which make it an effective rust inhibitor. After application, liquid Melt trickles down to the asphalt, preventing snow and ice from freezing to the road surface. Our liquid Melt product can be used alone as an anti-snow agent prior to snowfall, or you may use Melt to coat your rock salt at the spinner in your municipal plow, increasing its effectiveness. KDM Services LLC offers Melt deicing liquid in bulk quantities with portable spray equipment, and deicing liquid storage tanks for business municipal snow and ice removal.
 

Environmentally Friendly Granular Snow and Ice Melt Products

Like you, KDM Services has a healthy respect for the environmental impact of the products we sell and use in snow and ice control. All the products we sell are formulated for use in very low temperatures and are effective when used sparingly. Our proprietary blends of granular ice melt products are most effective when spread thinly, and are tinted so you can easily see where it has been applied. Used as directed, our products melt ice and snow quickly, are long lasting, work well in very low temperatures and will not harm your hardscapes, vegetation, or irritate your pets.

KDM Services is a wholesale distributor of four premium ice melt products that may be ordered by the pallet, wholesale, or in bulk. Melt, Safer than Salt®, Mr. Magic® Premium Ice Melt, and Merlin Melts Like Magic all are packaged in convenient 50 pound bags and may be ordered by calling our office.

 Melt is an all-natural environmentally friendly ice melter made from the by-products of the forestry industry added to a base of calcium. Granular Melt can prevent the bonding of ice and snow on surfaces. It is non-toxic, water soluble and biodegradable. Pre-treatment with Melt prevents ice from bonding to surfaces.

Safer than Salt® is a granular snow and ice melting product coated with a safety blue color. Its formula is a proprietary blend of Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride and Sodium Chloride. It is safer for use on brick and concrete, safe for pets, and melts fast at temperatures down to -25 degrees F.

Mr. Magic® Premium Ice Melt is also a granular snow ice melting product effective down to -25 degrees F. One application lasts up to 24 hours. Mr. Magic is safety orange in color, coated with “CMA”, calcium magnesium acetate to protect wood and concrete from damage.

Merlin Melts Like Magic has a brilliant purple coating for easy visualization, is CMA coated to be safer to use around vegetation, pets and hardscaping, and is effective at very low temperatures.
